I have Anxiety

There is something I would confess, and its that, I have Anxiety, and I know I am not good at Explaining Mental Health, So I'll try my Best, If anyone had followed me for a long time (before I Deleted all my Past Status Updates and Journals, Some may know that I had dealt with Depression from 2015 to 2019, and that I made Updates about it back then, But this is different Back in May of this year, Someone at my Workplace decided to go to work, Despite being sick and ended up Spreading an infection around my workplace, and most of the People living at The Apartments near the workplace, and I happen to be one of them, and it caused upset stomach, loss of Appetite, and feeling weak, and it was not a good time, at all, and since then I been fearing that that Flu would return Earlier this Month, I got Sick, and Had to stay home, and It was all cause of an Anxiety Attack, and for a long time, I been fearing that another Anxiety Attack will happen, as of right now, I have been planing to
